Transfer Requests

2025-26 Transfer Requests can be submitted online via the Clevr Website.

Note: Students currently registered in the following schools: Entre lac, Holy Cross, Unisus … are not part of School District No. 67. These students will need to register as a new student to the district, instead of filling out a transfer form.
