What are these fees used for?

 

Student Activity Fee, $55

This annual fee is to help offset school costs associated with special events held throughout the school year, cultural activities, printing services and various learning group activities for students.

 

Textbook Deposit Fee (new SSS students only), $55

A refundable deposit that is paid once and held until the student graduates or is withdrawn from SSS and all resources have been returned in good condition.

Students must return all textbooks, library books and other borrowed School Resources. Lost or damaged items will be charged to the student’s account

 

Graduation Fee, $150
The Grad fee applies to graduating grade 12 students. This fee is for grad gown rental, cap purchase, photos, facility and equipment rental, incidental graduation event expenses.

Paying Fees Online

SSS is pleased to offer School Cash Online as its preferred method of payment. Paying student fees online is fast, safe and convenient. School Cash can also help you stay informed and keep track of which school fees may require your attention.

Payment via Cash or Cheque

Payments can be made at the school office Mon-Fri from 8:00 to 4:00.

 

Inability to Pay Fees

Please contact SSS to discuss payment plans options. Families that may be facing financial hardships can apply for fee assistance by contacting our school administration.
